Upper back flexion is okay. With Barts technique and leverage, if he wanted to have a perfectly straight back he’d have to start deadlift more upright and drop his hips more
I'm new to sumo. Both of my hip flexors hurt after I do any amount of volume. I've tried stretching and a lacrosse ball. I don't have this problem with conventional. Is this a foot angle issue or a flexibility issue? Thanks!
you just like me, I recently switched too. your whole body prob got used to lifting heavy weight when you were doing conventional but your hip flexors didn't catch up quite yet, that's prob why we experience pain. I heard that's common though so im just thugging it out til it goes away
perfect timing, gotta do some in a few hours!
You GET to do them 👍💪🤌
Great timing, just started sumo a month ago
How is your progress
Loving the vids with Joey
Omg perfect timing! Thank you.
Will be switching from conventional to sumo thanks
Permanently? Because each deadlift have their pros. I guess it also depends on your goals as well.
7:15 Barts back looks so rounded is that normal? Sumo isn't that forcing on the lower back but still you should keep your back straight no?

I think it's best to do both, sumo can definitely help take your regular to another level if you're stuck with the same weights.
6:49 is the ball swipe part of the deadlift
Great tutorial
Great info! Thank you thank you!
Jamal just pulled 410kg or 904lbs conventional
Nice video I now deadlift 1300

I find it so weird how BB keeps gaining more subscribers but the views just aren't there
Yeah that's true bro. It's odd
The algo got them
Old crew isn't here anymore which is what made them in the first place
People subscribe but don’t unsubscribe and also sometimes I feel like they just recreated the same videos with different people.
I Always watch BB with my dog...She love Bart I think, weird...
Karim Benzema teaching how to Deadlift
howdy from Canada
Didnt Jamal pull over 800 Conventional?
Yo Bart you ever heard of HITT?
Great video!
I'm sorry I just can seriously call someone Joey Flexx with a straight face.
Why was it when Bart yanked it off the ground his back was much straighter
I’m a woman at 5ft…I want to switch to sumo.. I feel that I can’t reach the bar without leaning…any tips anyone?❤
Some leaning is going to happen naturally so drop your hips until you can grab the bar then pull yourself into pulling position. Hope this helped
Some people straight feet as in SAWYER KLATT
This guy doesn't know what he's talking about
How to sumo deadlift - Step 1: you don’t
