Our thoughts can uplight us or weigh us down. I battle with my thoughts daily but I've learned it's a step by step process to let go and let God work in my life. You are not alone and it's great that you were able to share. Congrats on your engagement anniversary and that shows how time flies. If I were to reflect, I can say Thanksgiving last year for me was a season of self-love and re-building myself from the ground up. December is my new year and I will celebrate new years this Sunday 5th December I will fast from 2nd January.I have got to enjoy my wedding annisversary on 1st January God willing!
