UP Lok Sabha Elections 2024: लोकसभा चुनाव के मद्देनजर समाजवादी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव ने अमेठी लोकसभा में INDIA गठबंधन के प्रत्याशी किशोरी लाल शर्मा के समर्थन में आयोजित जनसभा में जनता से वोट अपील की. इस दौरान अखिलेश यादव के साथ मंच पर कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी, राजस्थान के पूर्व सीएम अशोक गहलोत, केसी वेणुगोपाल, यूपी कांग्रेस प्रभारी अविनाश पांडे भी मौजूद रहे. अखिलेश यादव ने कहा कि "अमेठी में सिलेंडर वाले लोग अब सरेंडर कर रहे हैं, मुझे वो समय भी याद है जब अमेठी में मीठी चीनी के लिए कड़वा झूठ बोला गया था."
वहीं अखिलेश यादव ने कहा कि "ये अमेठी की आवाज दिल्ली, लखनऊ तक पंहुचा रही है. यह गठबंधन नहीं है, हम लोग 1 और 1 ग्यारह हो रहे हैं और बीजेपी वाले नौ दो ग्यारह हो जायेंगे. इस बार INDIA गठबंधन और समाजवादी पार्टी ने तय किया है, 4 जून के बाद जब सरकार बनेगी अपने किसानों को एमएसपी का कानूनी अधिकार दिलाकर के किसानों को खुशहाल बनाने का काम करेंगे."
