Hello mam i have a same diagnosis of yours i have a degenerative tfcc in my left wrist right now may i know how you mangage and what you do to heal this injury
I recently had an Tcff injury similar to Matt's. It's still very sore and painful turning door handles. I plan on keeping it immobile for a few weeks. What's your thoughts on surgery? I am an active basketball player, are these injuries chronic throughout life now that I have damaged my tcff
@@elianoavila90 hey brother i need your help. my MRI reports show the tear but i dont have any swelling or much of a pain can i heal myself by icing and bracing ?
is focused shockwave can help for tfcc ? thanks
Good job, I wish Nick had held up both hands to see a comparison.

This is the wrost injury i ever got
I would say I'm about 85-90% healed. It took about 2-3months. Best thing is not to move your wrist at all. Let it heal and rest
@@elianoavila90 how about now? are you fully healed?
@@fadhildelvis yes

I have got the tfcc on my both wrists.... I worked out a lot at home..... My question is.... Is tfcc curable or we will have to live with it forever?
I have same issue. Both wrists. It’s been very challenging. Good luck with yours.
No push-ups no lifting
Nothing at all
Let it rest 2-3months
Use that time to build your core and legs
Matt did you have surgery on your wrist?
we will never find out ig
