you are right on the hair is there for a reason and its to help protect you from Bacteria.and also that's why so many women in my opinion gets cancer because of the removal of the hair your bodies and i am a male so do what you want to do
just be strong don't given into people who do not like it and you also right about the aluminum getting in to your body, and one more thing your hair is your strength keep doing what you are doing it's your body.
I completely forgot to mention 2 important things! How many thousands of dollars in a life time do we spend on razors, shaving cream, replacement cartridges etc? It's said that several decades ago the razor companies were losing a lot of money while the men were at war, so the advertising companies decided to push the idea into society that women need to shave their bodies (so they could make some money) and boy did they, the the female beauty industry is worth billions, all because we were brain washed to believe that we won't be pretty or worthy unless we are picked, plucked and painted. Also all of what you've used and throw away, all those razors, along with the MILLLIONS of other women in the world, alllllllll goes to the land fills, pollutes the oceans....just some food for thought. :)
It sounds like you were finding where you feel most comfortable with your body. I'm hearing that you like to explore new things and are connected to the path that your heart is bringing you on.
