Vehicle stops in traffic: reach for the phone to check social media, news etc.
It’s become the default illegal behaviour for an all too large percentage of drivers.
There need to be insta-bans for phone driving as a proper deterrent.

Common confusion, but no those plates are not illegal. The illegal "3D" number plates are the ones that use two different colours to give the appearance of 3D letters and numbers.
The plates on that car are known as 4D number plates (because 3D was already in use for the two tone plates). 4D plates are 100% road legal, providing the characters are made of a single colour.
