That look absolutely fantastic! I have wild elderberry growing in huge pots and it makes delicious jelly. I generally use 1/2 sugar and 1/2 elderberry. It jells very nicely. Now a natural black jell plant I never seen before. looks like elderberry, but I know it isn't.
I'm also very curious about what the jelly elderberry plant looks like where you live! It's great that there are so many useful plants in the natural world
@@BepNhaHien Elderberry grows all over Florida. When cooked it tastes like blueberries. It cannot be eaten raw. The jelly of elderberry looks just like the jelly you made.
