Riese & Müller Homage HS Short & Fast Ride Checking on my VW Golf R

Before we headed to the inlaws for Easter Weekend, I rode my Riese & Müller Homage HS for a Short & Fast Ride to check on the repair status of my VW Golf R. I didn't find anything out and as of this upload date (April 20, 2022) I still don't have any updates which is sad. I'm going out again today to check on the status of my Golf R with hopefully some news.

Hello, I like your bike videos but If I may suggest something, I would put the music way down or even get rid of it. I don't know, maybe I am particularly sensitive to it but I cant listen to the same melody during 20minutes, especially if it is at the same volume as your voice or the other noises. I watch a lot of biking video and usually they don't put music, I think it kills the immersion. But it's just my point of view, you do you ;)

How is the weight loss going?
Did you consider the superdelite?

Once I’m back to riding almost everyday my weigh is decreasing. I did consider the Super Delite when I first went to Seacoast E-Bike but after riding the Homage that was my clear choice.

Are you feeling the health benefits despite it being an ebike?

@@myopenmind527 He mentioned when climbing a hill that his heart rate was up to 140, so I'd say yes, he's getting health (cardio) benefits on his e-bike, much more so than if he were riding a moped.
