    Beautiful Dragana, perfectly bound, the masterboard is gorgeous and used as a cover makes this book so precious; the black of the background makes the colors of the masterboard stand out even more. I love the essentiality and purity of this work and it connects me intimately with the theme of Japanese culture. Congratulations and thank you for sharing your art, I could not define it otherwise. Since I subscribed to your channel I have learned a lot, your skill, precision, creativity have always inspired me and stimulate me to continue, experiment and improve my works. Send you love and beauty

      @@Saacibo time should be precious for everyone, but if I take the time to watch tutorials, follow a specific person, learn and be inspired by it, it is right to take the time to comment, express admiration and gratitude. It's a pleasure to be able to write to you, indeed, thank you for finding the time to always reply to all of us... and I think there are so many of us. This tells us something about you, as well as your art. Ciao have a good day🌸

      Thank you so much! It was a bit nerve wracking at first, I have to admit, but I cut it up in the end. I thought if I leave it intact it's just going to be in the big pile with the rest of my work and I'd hardly ever look at it again. This way I'll be seeing it every time I open that book. 😊❤️

    Ooooo I'm the first and I'm so so happy I got this. What a fantastic way to make an art journal. I'm doin this. Seriously I'm ready to go buy a huge pad of paper like yours but I have no car. You are just making my day so much better and happier. I thank you so much for your knowledge of this journal making expertise. And that Master board is simply magnificent. Ok I went to your website and I tried to get the beautiful Japanese picture but I only get the Japanese writing. No matter what I point to or touch the only thing I can get is the writing. Its fine cuz I am so happy with how to make this journal. If you were to purchase this book in the marketplace it would cost a fortune. It is stunning.

    That looks great! I don’t have an art journal … i did make journals, using the coptic stitch, so pages are flat also like that, BUT then you have gaps in between where the sewing is. Not a problem for me, but as you want to use double pages, this is way better!

    • @Saacibo
      @Saacibo  Před rokem

      Thank you so much for watching Carolina! Coptic stitch is nice, I normally don't mind the gaps, unless I use wet paint, because it sometimes seeps through. Then again, art journals usually end up looking messy anyway so it doesn't really matter. 😊❤️

    You can use a jeans needle to sew through heavy fabric/board. 😊 … and use thick thread 🧵.
