I really like this idea. I should do this instead of throwing away my jeans. Thank you.

Thank you! I’ve been working at a grocery store during Covid, and my work jeans have been wearing out in the thighs. This helped me fix my jeans instead of going out to the store to try on a bunch, or ordering online and hoping they get here before my next shift. Thanks!

Thank you so much! I watched a few other how to videos before yours and they just depressed me with being so complicated. Yours I can do! You just saved my jeans and my money. :-)

    Good explanation.
I have thrown out so many jeans because they always develop a whole at the back part of the crotch, when the rest of the jean is still in very good condition. I had a clue on how to do it, but I've been to lazy to do it.
Its best to check your jeans and catch it, and do this before it starts fraying, It would be much easier

Nice - All men should learn how to sew!
You are quite a pair of fixer uppers - They would love you in Slovakia where everything is repaired or fixed rather than thrown out!
You and your husband are role models for how people should live rather than the throwaway society we have now!
    Great Stuff!

I purchased a sewing machine so that I can save money when I repair my jeans instead of throwing them away. Iron on patches are great, but the repair will last 20 times longer if the patch is sewn in.
