She is a warrior.👍
An awesome one
This is the move that looks so tricky to do. I haven’t got my rope dart yet but everyone I’ve watched do this it’s like this is the one single manoeuvre that looks incredibly tricky to get right even after watching every step in a tutorial! Thanks 👍🇬🇧
She makes it look so easy I would break My neck trying that true badass
BAF forever!!!!! Love you Michelle Christa Smith! ❤😎👍🏻
Thanks for watching!
Must have just seen "Shang-Chi" lol he's sister was a BEAST!
Learning Rope-dart looks cool. Reminds me of when I watched them old kung-fu movies. Cool points ++
It's actually a lot of fun...like a puzzle!
@@michelle-c-smith I'm going to try it. Btw.. bought a new staff to replace the flow rage broken one. Gotta wrap it.
Omg thank you..I strangled 2,3 times..but I learned the technique..thanks.
Great job!
@@michelle-c-smith you're Awesome..thankyou for teaching your skills..stay safe and happy😊
The bloopers are just precious ! :v
Five-star rating it was very easy to learn the neck spin
Amazing ... Fantastic clear coaching
So far im having the most trouble with this. Ive done 2 foot shots, learned a basic toss, and done that flow combp of yours. Thought I was getting good...guess ive got a lot to learn! 😅
you hypnotize me, wish you best !
You explain everything in very easily manner that is really helpful 😍☺️🌟
Nice miss Michelle 🥰✨
Thank you! 😃
Excellently done and explained, Michelle. Bloopers are fun too.

Hi Michelle I wanted to say happy new years to you and hope you have a good day
Great video and funny, but painful bloopers😅thsnk you for sharing.
I seen these tricks with a rope before on film or films its cool that you wanted to teach other people right way to do those moves thanks for sharing your video with us hope you had a good Christmas with your family and friends
Bonjour, Really good lesson, Always liked the rope dart and the technique involved 🙂 I hope you and the family are happy, healthy, and living life to it's fullest 🤔🤯🥳😳🤪🤘☺😬😌😔😴
I'm so grateful for finding you. You're my inspiration to continue fighting stage 4 Brain Cancer (Glioblastoma). I just want to master some of the skills you teach.
Keep going bro, I’m praying everything goes good for you🙏🏻
That's cool 👍👍
Awesome
Amazing tutorial
Thnx
can you do more on rope dart
also pls put a little lightning on the edge so we can see it clearly! or even better, male rope and end of it to be a cable of led diodes that would light diferent colors!!! that would be legendary
Try to do a cork with a staff
Just a weird question. How is it that some of these comments are from 2 days ago or 3 hours ago and the video says it has been put up 1 hour ago🤔🤔somebody please explain this to me🥴
Anyway she is fucking awesome. Love it.
I can almost do the thing with zero pause between the switch now😁thanks Michelle🙌👍🥰
This trick so extremely tricky though... I still cant get it but practice make perfect
Great neck spin tutorial!
Curious though - what’s the purpose behind placing the hand behind the neck for the reverse turn?
As a beginner move it helps control the direction of the rope to guarantee it going over the neck.
It should not go behind the neck and many twirling tutorials are severely hampered by facing the camera instead of the direction of use. As she is fixed facing the camera there is insufficient footwork and waist turn to do the full/advanced way correctly. If learning from this tutorial use it as a beginning step as it is clear and easy to follow. Then watch other videos and look for differences to try. Especially performances not done just for the camera.
La mejor 👆💪😎👌
Спасибо)))!!! Вы очень классная))
Hashtag should be sponsored by all the steels 😂😜🤙
honestly Michele you should star in action movies like steven segal, jackie chan, jet lee, van dam, schwarzenegger etc :P i wana see that honestly!!! you are the real white widow :p but on the light side of the force ;p

Boy, oh boy! Finally, after 19 years…
This is the spin that Freddy performs with the chain in Scooby Doo (2002).
I’ve ALWAYS wanted to know how to do it.
Hey,
Which app do u use for editing ???
I guess I’ll give this a go! Maybe I could pull this off with a tiny little rope dart, right? Wish me luck... 😅
Worth a try?
I only have one comment , and it 's the reason I do follow but not join ... ;) ... I'm a DOG person ... so as soon as you add a German Shepherd avatar , I'll join ;) ... on the content : love it... but I can only imagine the total amount of hours you must have spent practicing to reach the level you are ... you make it all look so simple ... all I do is drop things a lot ... lol
🤠
I have noticed that she focuses more on the acrobatics of staff spinning than the fighting/defense of staff spinning.
Yes, exactly. That's the point.
@@michelle-c-smith I thought since you were a movie stunts lady it would be more fighting than acrobatics. lol
@@deathking6809 movie stunts are usually very heavy on timed choreography, so much closer to an artistic acrobatics/dance than a fight.
#AndrewMytys Thank you for the clarification cause I have only mastered the fighting/defense of staff spinning and I thought that is what #MichelleChristaSmith did on this channel not the acrobatics part.
How long is your rope? It looks a bit long for your particular frame. I mean dont get me wrong, I love seeing other people getting in to rope dart/ meteor hammer. But the prefered length of the rope is two wing spans to two and a half
But on the other hand, I love your videos
Is this nylon rope? My rope just hurts the skin.
I have a feeling this one might be one of Darwin's favorite moves. Be safe people!
The spin itself is easy, its always the start that hurts. XD
who's here after watching the gogo vs the bride from kill bill
Lotta folks walking around with rope-burn neck, and black eyes after watching this lol.
I am scarred
This is more like a face spin when I'm doing it.
Que guapa.
imagine how many 8y old will choke themself to death 💀
Having trained in Northern Shaolin Kung Fu, I have to commend your ease of teaching style! Bravo!
Btw, this is just my first video perusal of your rope dart teaching, so you might've alluded to it already, but a left hand-dominant person would actually spin counter clockwise 😁, or both if ambidextrous. You've an awesome teaching style. Ms. Smith, are you trained in traditional stand-up martial arts?
Mostly seen it done with a chain too with 3 long chains 1 long one 1 shorter and 1 longer on one chain i m not sure what is called i will look it up in Google
