I lived there for 10 years (came back home to Scotland during covid). I've only been down to that part of the marina to go to Asda and the cinema across from it. Knowing me I've probably walked by it a million times 😂. I've watched Ren plenty of times singing in the streets of the the city. Absolutely amazing talent
