I've been working for TJ's well over a decade. They've always done well by me, but never so more than now. Wage increases, increased discount for purchases, paid days off for symptoms, etcetera. They're not just providing quality products. It's an employer that has your back through thick and thin. I'm glad you appreciate the frozen options. Perhaps you might survey other sections? We regularly have new and exciting offers in most departments.

Piquant is a fancy way of saying spicy/zippy/vinegary. I'm used to hearing it for like mildly hot/sour European food. Same root as the Spanish "Picante" - although most things I've heard described as piquant are mostly pickled and a tiny bit spicy - like pepperoncini.

It sounds like the german word pikant

In romanian picant means mildly spicy

It's more likely as in French, same word "piquant"

Picante was borrowed directly from the french word piquant but came to mean spicy hot in spanish. The spelling was changed to preserve the pronunciation and the e was added to make it a proper spanish adjective. Piquant derives from the same root as pike (ie something sharp).
