Hers was definitely not fine. It may not of been a G string or thong but it was pretty close to being a song. It still showed her butt cheeks which was inappropriate for that particular place. The lifeguard was doing his job. Being rude about it, was not OK. He could've gone about it a different way. But that bikini bottom was not at all in compliance With what their rules and regulations were
They did not body shamed you, your bikini was too revealing and they have to follow the rules, I don't get why people get everything as an offense nowadays
I called and spoke to a manager and they 100% we're not allowed to do what they did. Also what am I suppose to wear then? My bikini was fine. It was totally body shaming, it goes both ways.
@@ericam5095 the rules are no thongs and g strings and she was wearing a normal bathing suit and there were other people wearing the same style that didn’t get called out.

Poor guy has to hate having to tell people when they're not following the rules. Just because you're comfortable with it around your kids doesn't mean you can break the rules. He never shamed you, just did his job.

I am not mom shamming but I can understand why the life guards would say something about your swim bottoms. Even though they are not a thong or g string, they are cheeky. I’ve definitely been to family parks where guest were ask to cover up. Everyone’s definition of family friendly is different.
I agree with you 100%. I'm not mom shaming either. However at a family friendly park, I think women and men need to be very aware of what they are wearing around children. Just because it's something that you would wear around your child, doesn't mean that everyone else would want their children to see what you're showing. Though it did cover more than a thong and a G string, it was definitely not full coverage of the bottom. And yes the lifeguard was in the right letting her know that that was inappropriate. Of course being rude about it is one thing, being nice about it would've been less offensive

Yup out here in Cali at smaller aquatic pools samething that’s considered a Brazilian bathing suit or a cheeky you cannot wear those along with a thong or g-string it has to be a full bottom bathing suit but ya out here they will ask you to leave the park
The front was fine but that back was a bit cheeky I guess for there.
The back of the suit revealed your cheeks. Yes, it's the fashion and therefore seems normal to you, but in all fairness, cheeks are out. Also probably didn't want La'a going down on his stomach for safety issues, not because of other kids around or not. Sorry you felt bad but you were breaking the center's rules and the guards were just enforcing them. Guard you are going to report is probably a teen just following the rules of his employer.
Its very personal when other woman have just as much booty out, but me and my friends are pointed out. It is personal when mom can't swim with her children at a pool because a woman doesn't agree with your swim choice. I also called a manager and they were in the wrong and not allowed to do what they did. It was a younger life guard, female, telling a man to scold my friends and I.

The bathing suit is full coverage in the front and "cheeky" in the back, the overall suit was not revealing...and that's insane he had the audacity to say something.
Sometimes I wonder people think because it's a swimsuit it's not revealing so just ask yourself if you would put that on as an outfit to wear all day. Would you drop your kids off at school in it, walk around the mall, etc? I don't think it was terrible and they could've just said hey nothing personal but we don't allow those swimsuits so next time could you please wear one that covers you up more. Either way you and your sister are beautiful and remind me of me and my sister and I love it.

Heyyy so I have membership at the Kroc and you literally can’t show cheeks at all, I see girls, teenagers, mom’s getting busted all the time… I actually agree with these rules however your bottoms seems verrryyy normal/modest, lifeguard must’ve got a radio call or something to buss you ladies. There’s the higher up people in offices watching through cameras and they’re STRICT!
