As an Indian i want to tell you that it is not true that all humans came from here but it is that we have longest running civilization. Oldest documents ever which were passed down via recitation since millions of years and then coded(written) in around 2500 BCE. We still follow that tradition as Hinduism.
And yes Hinduism is not a monotheistic or monocultural entity... everyone is Hindu who are beyond indus river. So hinduism has many teacher many texts many philosophies many festivas etc. Hinduism has no 1 source...it is not religion...it is practice of life.

Don't roam anywhere in the Indian forts like that , there are many old secret doors and traps there , even we Indian sometimes didn't understand the architecture of our ancestors, there are many stories of getting lost and never returning. even a team of archeologist has went missing. And since the forts are old, some part of it are too weak you may harm yourself or the fort .

It's said that the traps made by the great warrior Lachit Borphukan ( the hero of Assam ) to defeat the Mughals are still there in Brahmaputra, Battle fields and forts. And if your boat suck in that traps then you will never come back from Brahmaputra or if you keep step in those traps then you will be died in the next movement.

You needed to get deeper into the Thar desert. This is just the outskirts. I've slept on Thar and woke up with a desert cat roaming around us. But the experience was epic.
