The phrase, "Back in the earlier days of Minecraft" will never get old
It’s my favourite thing to say haha
@@iDeactivateMC Subbed you since 100k
@GGH_FF how about no
But its true i might have got it stuck in my head because he basically said it in every video hes made lol
@@iDeactivateMC People might know all of this
Fun fact: on Java edition, using 0 as a seed does not give you a random seed. It will always give you seed number 48.
But why?
@@bashydaggett I'm not entirely sure. It's probably the same thing that allows you to use words or phrases in Java as seed inputs. That conversion to a seed also makes it so a word will give you the same seed every time. For example, I've used the seed input "Pokemon" for every single multiplayer world I've ever created (server or LAN party). I've actually never checked the seed ID, but I can describe all the major features around the worldspawn (well, until it changed in 1.18, I haven't become as familiar with that version of the seed yet).
I thought it would always give you an random one
Creashaks Organzine is 0
@@arneshpal7702 Indeed it is.
The dirt room in the mineshafts was actually useful for custom superflat worlds for getting dirt
Ah yes, superflat, the place with no dirt
I am watching your video for last 4 years. The phase-"back in the earlier days in Minecraft" and "nice voice crack Anthony" will never be old. Please please never ever stop making these amazing video. You are just awesome man

@@omegamad Those probably dont count as blocks

Scaffolding?.
I used to remember a glich in a old minecraft when you can duplicate diamond blocks, same with gold, iron, lapiz, and red stone blocks. It also did not require you to log off your game or use any complicated steps.
Fun fact: during the early days of minecraft, you could summon the ender Dragon in the end by building a creeper head out of clay
Also: granite, diorite, and andesite generate in coral reefs
Lol you here

As a bedrock player, I remember riding a boat off a tall place would kill me but now after the 1.18 update it doesn’t kill me anymore. Strange.

where is your brain?
Rip weird dirt room. I have fond memories of wondering what was going on when I first found one.
Same I kinda want it back it’s one of those strange things I kinda like and find useful actually lol
@@cool4aturtle Yeah, you can use it as a farm land
It still exists, there's just no longer dirt in it.
I think it was a room for the miners to plant stuff for food
There was a moment when me and my brother started a Minecraft server for ourselves. When we went to a winter village, I've noticed there was a pink sheep in the fences and was shocked. My brother not knowing how rare it is almost killed it until I kept halting him and told him that it was rare. It was a really a moment for me.
I remember being younger and watching your vidoes every night always got me to sleep, they were so calming.
Nostalgia...
Today I learned Canadians say "sorry" so much that The Apology Act was passed in 2009, declaring that an apology can't be used as evidence of admission of guilt.
@mona you need help.

Thats the second fact I've heard from you

Anthony: Deepslate Coal ore has now become the rarest ore.
Players: Oh well normal coal is pretty cool too...
Me: Silk Touchs every deepslate coal in 1.17 and now have a full shulker box of it.
I remember the log out duplication glitch. I had many chests full of diamond blocks.
6:19 something somewhat similar still exists. But only in bedrock. Well, 2 things, actually. The main way you dye leather in bedrock, is by filling a Cauldron with water, then adding the dye, then adding the leather. Similarly, you can store potions in cauldrons, and also potion tip your arrows with them too. Infact, every witch hut in bedrock has a cauldron filled to the brim with a potion of some kind. You can't brew the potions in the cauldrons, but it would be cool if you could. Infact, what if there were specific normally unobtainable potions that you could only get with the cauldron, such as haste, health boost, and blindness? It would require a somewhat complicated recipe, but the reward would probably be worth it.
How to dye a lether?
@@yazmine7634 i literally explained it. You fill a cauldron with water, add the dye, then add the leather to that. Of course, it has to be made into leather armor before adding it to the cauldron (which i failed to explain). Also, this is, as of what i know, a bedrock only feature.

Awesome vid I think I might know a lot more about minecraft now.
10:41 The void doesn't start at y = -1 any more, it starts at y = -65. Welcome to 1.18 Anthony :)
I've made several Minecraft Worlds where I spawn not to far away from a natural pink sheep (in a superflat world I spawned looking at one). Have yet to come across a natural baby pink sheep though.
I actually got the 10 ink sacs while fishing once. It was just a couple of weeks ago as well. I didn't know it was that rare haha
8:37 tnt, all kinds of crops, grass, tall grass, sea grass, kelp, twisted vines, warped roots: are we a joke to you?
Imagine the reaction of an old minecrafter when you tell them that eventually coal would be one the rarest ores in the game
It’s deepslate emerald that is the rarest
The rail one only works on small amounts of zombies. If there are enough zombies, the ones in the back push the ones forward and some may cross the rails.

The room in mineshafts that has the dirt floor should have been kept in the game because it could be an old storage room.
Happy new year soon everyone be safe🙏🏼
A stack of things you didn't know about Minecraft
I appreciate the stack of facts !
I remember just trying seed 1 a few days ago and remember those same pumpkins lol awesome
A stack of knowledge!!
Actually, one of the console version tutorial worlds was listed as having a seed of 0, and if you made a new world with a seed of 0 you could see much of the same terrain. I only know this because I tried it and I happened to remember a specific naturally generated structure that had stayed the same.

When in spectator mode, if you enter the F5 mode and overlap your head with some blocks, they get see-through.
chests and banners for example, for some reason
Realistically speaking, an anvil destroying diamonds makes a lot of sense. Diamonds are brittle, you could shatter one with a hammer if you hit it in the right place.
Fun Fact: The dancing Steve flat world is actually the second ever world type created and the first one is just that flat world but empty which is only 2 hours older than the second world type
1:02 The thing about poisoning armor stands is kind of creepy. it's kind of like the armor stands are alive. Matpat, I have a new theory for you!!!
