    This video shows how to install new fuel injectors on your 1993-1997 Ford Ranger. Fuel injectors are computer controlled spray nozzles that deliver fuel to your engine in precisely controlled volumes. They are one of the keys to modern efficient and clean engines. If a fuel injector is dirty or failing, it can present symptoms such as rough idle, engine surges, rich or lean conditions, and check engine lights.     Hoy Moly perfect example of why you should tape off those tubes! that shrader valve cap almost went into the next dimension.

    I have a 2010 Ford Ranger 2.3L which appears to have a plastic intake manifold (maybe its made of some sort of carbon material...I'm not sure) but I have so much more confidence after watching your presentation covering the type of manifold for a 1993-1997 six-cylinder engine. Your presentation was excellent in every respect, where you completed everything in a logical step-by-step fashion with the clearest video camera work so a DIYer like myself could see what you were doing every step of the way, with the matching description of the parts of the engine like the EGR (the Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve) and so on. I'm not sure removing all the necessary lines and switching gears as well as the bolts will be as easy a process as on the vehicle you were working on but once I get the manifold off it should be a straight forward process because there is only on injector fuel rail to deal with on the driver side and all of the spark plugs are easy to access on the passenger side of the manifold. I also know what additional tools, parts like the intake manifold gasket, the dielectric grease and some cleaning sprays that I need to buy to complete the job. Thank you for doing such a superb job of filming this video and explaining everything in a manner that is easily understood by an armature like me. I just wish I got to undertake this job in your garage with you as my coach. All the best. Thanks from William Finseth, Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.
