I love the fact the members of this chorale were unashamedly expressive and felt compelled to tell THEIR stories. When I sang in chorus (and occasionally now at Mass), we were often discouraged from moving or communicating much emotion facially; it felt/feels empty and rote. Thank y'all for this interpretation!
I am dumb-struck, spellbound, overwhelmed ! First Daniel, then Abide with me and Listen to the lambs and now this! Please, please let me know when you are coming to Germany. Such exquisite music must come to the home of Bach, Beethoven, Brahms and Schubert to mention a few. Thank you so much
Well chorale, your singing brings Joy to my Soul! This is exceptional choral work. You are fortunate to work with a true master of the podium. Best wishes to each of you, and thanks for the beautiful gifts you share.
More first Soprano? What are you, nuts? If anything, the balance could use a LITTLE more of the baas/baritone! The balance is just about as perfect as it gets! Do you have an ear at all?

The best performance of this piece.
I truly agree. Just beautiful♥♡
As a former "Mose Hogan Chorale" Soprano, this is EXCELLNT! BRAVO!!!!!
That F# chord at the end is one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard.
Words can not being to describe how happy this song makes me.
I only saw one low bass, but whoever he was, he was ROCKIN' that low E/F#! Bravo!
I love the expression from the singers. Beautiful tone
Such an incredible performance. I come back to this often! It's a gift that just keeps on giving!
Total goosebumps! Wonderful! One of my favorite pieces by Moses Hogan!

He is very happy, he is singing with the soul.
Amen, Amen,
Glory to the Lord.

What did someone in the back row throw in the air at 2:38 lol?
He/she surely was so full of JOY that couldn't stand it anymore
@SyddElisabeth Ummm... take a look at 1:40 and read their lips. As they say, "he who LOL's last..."
Comforter?
The word is definately Conqueror `
Lol!
I wonder why he chose to put it a half step down
Is this piece mostly legato or mostly just unconnected notes?

more bass, low note could be louder
There's never enough bass in a choir. That's been the struggle of my life. Literally needs to be 2 basses for every soprano for balance.
