The last game of the national league for @WxmAFCofficial after an amazing table topping season! I thought i’d get the insta chest cam out so you can see how a match unfolds from a goalkeeper's point of view!

I'd love to see Fozzie start next season with the goal of finding and mentoring a replacement. Stick around for the challenge of another promotion, but looking to hand over the golden gloves to the next generation. It'd be such a great story and fascinating to watch

I'm a Torquay fan and was sitting behind the goal. So good to see your match day Vlog at Plainmoor. Taking pictures with all the young Torquay fans behind the goal before the second half kicked off was class to see and that little girl that waved at you was made up when you waved back at her. Despite the result it definitely made her day. Fair play Ben, was class to see you play in the flesh. Always rated you as a top keeper no matter who you played for. Good luck geez, whatever you decide to do. Top man 👍

I think it will be hard for him not to resign ...the fans love him.. the players are like his mates and so chill no egos and he's enjoying playing... seems more enjoyable than a job.... Watford did him dirty when he retired saying he was was a factor so it's nice to go out on your terms and enjoy what your doing.

He’s been incredible all year. Let down by such poor recruitment in the summer. Last 8-9 games we got some big players in and played so well. Was too little too late

I just want to say PROPER CLASS from Torquay to give the Guard of Honor to the Champs (2:20). They've gotta be hurting, but they do it because it's the right thing to do. Mad respect.
They were still in with a chance at the time, I s'pose. Not saying they wouldn't have done it regardless, but when you need things to go your way, doesn't hurt to keep good karma on your side.
With goal difference they didn’t really have much chance of staying up, beating this Wrexham team by one goal is difficult enough with their backing they had to put a few past them and hope Maidenhead lost
As a new fan of Wrexham (hopped on this year after watching the doc), thank you for making this journey with the team even more enjoyable than it already was. Your content is amazing, and your positivity and insight really brings us new fans in and allows us to immerse ourselves in the sport and the culture. Even if you don't return to the team, I'm excited to keep seeing the stuff you put out. And those eight games were so crucial. The Notts penalty save, the Boreham Wood title clincher, etc. Even that Barnet point we got, we don't get without you.
By the way, can't wait to see you in the final stretch of season 2 of Welcome To Wrexham. That's going to be some epic TV.
@@remmidemmi496 you do realize some people down have a local team… or some people live in other countries that just like other clubs… it goes for every sport the beauty of being a fan is feeling a connection to the team and the city stop being negative and accept the support

@@remmidemmi496 you do realise that as you move up the leagues, the only way for the club to compete and be able to continue to operate is for fans to come from outside the town? You can’t be a top tier team and compete without worldwide fan bases. If you don’t want a worldwide fan base, if you don’t want success, if you don’t want development in the club and town, then it’s better to stay in the lower leagues. Otherwise you’re going to need to realise that a lot is going to change in both the town and the football club as support grows. Some of the change you definitely won’t like by the sounds of it.
@@remmidemmi496 if that was also the case with people only supporting their locals clubs, the big teams in the prem would be no where near as big as they currently are now. There’s millions of people around the world who support teams that play in the prem and various other leagues. This support your local agenda is so dumb

Look at the experience from just 8 matches. You've told the boys how rare this experience is, you should accept it too. Keepers only get better with age you know. I think the passion and genuine love shown to Fozzy by us Wrexham fans, at The Racecourse ground and on away games has even surprised Ben. You spend a long time retired and if you can do a pre-season Fozzy and get through a cold wet winter playing for one more season and get us back to back promotions, leaving us back in League One, where you came to play for Wrexham back in 2005. Us Wrexham fans would love you to stay ❤

Here is to hoping you do re-sign, even if it's just for the start of the season. Would love to see more of this content from you, it's made the matches so much more interesting to watch. Love seeing the interpersonal stuff on the pitch, which just isn't offered elsewhere. Do wish there was more of the travel and day to day included though. If this is the end, hell of an impact in such a short period. Congratulations.
