We are down to nine panels now (after I smashed one) and the inverter is 5.6kw.
interested in finding out what the problem is with the PowMr and see what kind of customer service you receive , we are thinking of getting one from them so will be good to see how you get on with them
I posted a short video on their facebook group, I've not emailed them yet. They do seem to respond fairly quickly, however when it comes to repairs, I think it might be down to the buyer to sort (just a guess). Unless you source one through a dealer. I'm fine with that, as I can replace any component inside, it has a two year warranty, so I assume they just send you the new parts. They're cheap, and that is the reason we went for PowMr, especially after the Growatt saga, which cost us twice as much. Good to see anther Elliott that spells the name correctly, two L's and two T's.
@@Bensgarage yeah I'm good to replace any components so thats not a worry. I like you live in rural France so was more concerned with them getting the parts to me and replying to emails and the likes , your right about the spelling of our name only the elite of the Elliott clan get to use two L's and two T's
@@Tony-Elliott I have to say they have always replied to my emails, and have been quite helpful. If that would be the case if something went wrong, yet to find out. Growatt managed to ship me parts for our other inverter, so I don't see why this lot shouldn't be able to manage it.
