Knowing what to expect in a BS Air transportation course can help you prepare mentally, as well as strategically. You can earn a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in an air transportation program that focuses on flying, management, operations, technology or aviation science. Specific majors include aviation science, technology, maintenance and administration, as well as airline transportation and pilot operations.
According to PATTS.edu.ph, The BS Air Transportation Course is intended and developed to meet the present requirements of the Air Transportation Industry, in so far as management and operations are concerned.
It is a course that concentrates on the modern economics of air transportation and airline operations and market behavior of air carriers in terms of traditional elements namely, aircraft selection, fleet planning, aircraft scheduling and procedures, techniques in forecasting airline traffic, logistics, airline statistics, government policies and regulations as agreed in the various assemblies, convened by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and other world fora.

Hello po! Gusto ko po sana malaman career oppurtunities kasi sabi nila AMT lang ang kinukuha daw. ME 2nd year student po ako and I plan to shift on that course sa philsca.
Ang Career opportunities po ng Air Transpo ay Pilot since 2 years po na Academics and 2 years na Flight training.
I was told na kulang pa yung flying hour sa BS AT kaya limited ang career oppurtunities after.
Sa pag pag kakaalam ko po ang air transpo ay 150 hrs. Sa Flying school po may iba na 150 hours may iba naman po na 180 hrs lang kaya kailangan mag build up ng flight Hours kasi minsan ang requirements po ay minimum of 200 flight hours. I think ok naman po sa PhilSCA kahit yung minimum lang kasi Free naman po ang Flying nila so less talaga ang babayadan nyo for time build up

Hello po, as far as i know po ksi sbi din po nung BSAT student from philsca sakin. If from other course kapo sa college. Like civil engr. Student from other universities tas mag tratransfer kasa philsca for BSAT. Possible nman dw po pero uulit ka dw po ng 1st yr. And need to take all of the qualifying exam.
