    Trying to create an account, eSIM doesn't work on the iPhone.
    Whenever I go to the app and try to use eSIM to activate Visible service on my iPhone, it just says "The IMEI you entered is not available". So my only option would be to use a physical SIM card.
    Here's the thing, I have a physical SIM card on the way from US Mobile. I was torn between Visible and US Mobile, what really made me want to use Visible is/was the eSIM support, but if I can't get it working, I might as well just wait until my US Mobile SIM card gets here, and activate that instead.
    EDIT: So, now it's working, but it keeps saying I've reached my retry limit.... Still can't activate...
    Welcome to the club. Haven’t been able to get eSIM working on my iPhone 12 after trying for several days (this is a new account; never had service with Visible before). Tried re-installing the app with no luck, and the latest app update didn’t help.
    Chat support wants me to do a factory reset of my phone. I’m able to install eSIMs on my iPhone from several other MVNOs (DENT, GigSky, Truphone, Ubigi, etc) without having to factory reset my phone, so I’m not about to do that to try out the service.
    Cancelled the auto-renewal until Visible can sort this out.
    Glad to see I’m not the only one having this issue. When I tried to start service I got a notification that told me the IMEI wasn’t available. Their consistent advise was to reinstall the application. Then reset network settings, then it was factory reset the phone. None of those worked.
    eSim has some issues that they are currently working out. To complicate it more, with eSim you are required to get a new number.
    So apparently the iPhone XS Max is not compatible with eSIM with their network. That’s what customer support said to me today. Anyone had luck activating eSIM?

    Thank you for sharing this video!! I would caution you, however, to blur your identification numbers on the settings page. Someone could use it to spoof you..

    I spent way too much time trying to figure this out.. I had the same problem with my Iphone 13. Probably lost any savings in time spent. Once you get the Physical sim can you activate the free 15 days? I did try the verizon/byod imei compatibility and of course I still get the error.

      I don't like Visible, their customer service is crap. Move to Mint Mobile is better

    It is possible the trick is to select iphone product but in the carrier choose other then your imei will be accepted, tested in an iphone 14 plus ported from metropcs to visible

    Same eSIM error received here. I need to retain my T-Mobile physical SIM as that has my number that everybody knows. I only need Visible for data where T-MO doesn’t work. I need to leave my primary line on at all times otherwise it messes with iMessage. So I need eSIM for Visible but am encountering this same error. If you find a solution please post a follow up comment!

      Hi, thank you for your comment, yes The Verizon network will usually save you on areas where the T-Mobile network fails, having both will be a clever setup, so sorry the eSIM part didn't work, I will keep you posted if anything changes, thank you for watching the video, take care.

      @@SuAmigoAlex I’ve escalated with Visible support. The front line agent in Chat didn’t know how to resolve. I told him the IMEI table needs updated and someone is to call me tomorrow. Will let you know if they can solve!

      @@cjpa86 That's cool, I forgot to mentioned something that happened to me before getting this error. I was on vacation in South America and I downloaded the Visible app and tried to activate the eSIM, I was able to see the QR code to use the eSIM but all failed because you can only activate Visible if your GPS location is in the USA, so I really think that that issue cause my eSIM IMEI to be blocked or something on Visible Wireless, so when you mention the eSIM table or database needs to be fixed, updated or both, I think the same thing, since the tech guy at Visible told me my eSIM IMEI looks ready to be use.

    You know what's weird that yesterday I tried and it says that its compatible and today after I canceled my t-mobile account the agent deleted my t-mobile account didn't allowed to transfer my number and when I tried to check my IMEI on visible app it says the IMEI is not available. WTF. Now I don't have number and I can't get visible SIM card because it will take days to get it because those idiots don't have SIM cards at local stores and I can't wait because I need a number today.

    This is interesting. My unlocked Google Pixel 7 Pro recently fell and cracked and I'm trying to change the eSIM to a brand new unlocked Google Pixel 7 Pro and getting this exact error message. On the same brand and model phone!!!!!

    I just talked with chat, they told me right away my phone didn't work with their service by esim. I am using a galaxy s23+, are you serious? So you don't even support samsungs flagship phone that has been out for months?

    Well they still have this problem. I am currently trying to transfer my esim visible from a phone I have it on to a new phone. I get this error. Visible network experience is good, but their endless activation problems make them unacceptible. They honestly need to get their crap together or go out of business like they deserve at this point.

    A lot of problems with eSIM, just go with a psychical sim instead.

      Yes I ordered the physical SIM today, BTW I was able to activate the eSIM with Mint Mobile.

    you NEED to put all the numbers together. NO SPACES. It will work. I was having the same problem. Once I didn't leave a space between numbers it worked

      Nah it automatically spaces the numbers out , I have the same problem

      I did the same thing and everything seem to work, I got a number and everything, but I am unable to use it..I try calling and it says there is no service...well its says called failed, I see that there are two places there are signals...one for my t mobile and I am guessing for visible..but no bars on that one...they had me re do everything and same stuff..now I tried it again for a third time and Now I can't even log on to the app to retry..and I am now waiting in line for chat agin for the 5th hour to get a refund...I was hoping this would work out because there are several places I fish that I do not get any service at all...
