I'm late to respond this, but I'll answer your question. Neither wins. Both cards can negate their respective attacks. Red Nova can only negate one of Shooting Attacks, but if Shooting attacks a second time it'll get destroyed because Red Nova has more attack points. In other words, it's a complete stalemate/draw.

Josef Persson They`re both designed around my old 5ds OC and new ZEXAL OC. My 5ds OC would use dragons whereas ZEXAL was using the Chaos dragons set so.. I felt the names were appropriate

its even better since if you attack a monster while its on the field it will cancel out the attack and he'll automaticly come back at the end phase.
