Yeah 135 was good my friend ex mother owns one and she charges 150 a week and I know another person that charge 200$ a week.
Have that rent come out automatically weekly like Sola Salons

Your concern is not what they have in there pockets, can you imagine if landlords rented out apartments using that method. Find out what’s the going rent in your area.

I have a lot of debt. A LOT. I have a huge business loan, 2 locations (not salons) and I would not have been able to have my business without getting a private loan. I get that you are anti debt but I found out early on sometimes that becomes a mental block to doing what you love or aspire to do. Just my opinion
I’m not strictly anti debt, however, I am pro financial literacy and responsibility. Often times, start ups do require investments (sometimes loans are good options to help, not always). Ultimately, every entrepreneur has to find the path that works well for them, keeping in mind the financial risks. Along with the short and long term effects of accrued debt.
