I’m convinced Hendrix was channeling the sounds of distant dimensions. I’ve never heard anybody play with such ease, soul, and creativity like him. He had absolute prowess over the guitar, enough for him to manifest his melodic imagination any way he wanted, melodies that sound so foreign yet familiar. His Music speaks in unique ways to every individual who hears it. That’s Art. It was a combination of raw talent, psychedelic drug induced mind states, and overall love and absolute devotion to music. People who were lucky enough to watch him live, Witnessed a true display of sonic shamanism. He truly was a special human being. A one in a lifetime musical prodigy. A force of nature, a source of unending inspiration to millions of musicians to come.

WowAboveMe probably just trying not to turn youth onto drugs. I have a friend that knew Hendrix personally. He frequently took pills similar to benzos, and of course messed around with acid. Anyway, to the OP, Hendrix was very into the Urantia book which was “channeled.” A lot of new age garbage if you ask me but maybe it did give him a chance to “tap into” whatever lol

I just came here to show the “best guitarist ever” and his work to my curious brother, literally. But as a listener and a guitar player i have respect for the master. You can do better than being a fanboy. I praise Tony Iommi and his legendary riffs and out-of-this-world bends. And he’s my idol but i respect the master nonetheless, Jimi was the best guitarist this world has ever seen, period. That’s like.. a fact. Get over it and with your fanboy attitude, get out.
