The being Comatose is about not being saved. The song is about Christ. It describes having an overdose of him which is basically being saved. It talks about having him next to you etc and demons tempting you away from belief. It's all in their if you look at the lyrics. I actually got to meet Skillet once after a concert at the Sundome at USF in Tampa and got something signed. They were real nice and it cool to be able to talk to them.
