Don't try to explain it to them. I was curious about this when the correspondent was so dang critical of the swimmers at this year's Olympics. I remember the voice before and she sometimes irritated you because you're looking at the same thing and she pointed out odd things, toes arched for example. Anyways, when I looked up her bio and I saw who she was, I knew exactly and remembered that she got lucky by her chinny chin chin. Those others divers missed their mark. Granted she won, but even she was surprised. And I see one person mentioned world championship. Olympics are the ultimate. Like I said she got lucky. The last 2 Olympics she was in afterwards, she never placed in medal contention. She retired for 9 years and tried to make a comeback but she missed out. Not saying she wasn't a good diver but, she got lucky because the divers all of a sudden flopped. If she would've gotten a bronze medal at least. Then that would've meant she was a contender.
