Hello, I am attending school here in September and am looking for housing. I enjoyed your video and this helped me a lot. I was wondering what do you do for washing and drying?
each accommodation has their own laundrette where there are like about 8 washing machines and 9 drying machines a wash cost something like around £3 maybe and a dry cost around £1.80

Hiya no this isnt, its a townhouse shared between 12 and shared bathroom with another person. Enhanced would have your own en suite and be bigger than the general en suite room xx

Anouk E hey yes you do! And you should buy induction pans because normal ones won’t work on the hobs x

Hello Ellie ! I moving in september , and I'm going with a friend . How did you guys apply for the rooms in order to be close or together ....and how can we do it if we need to apply to more than one accomodation? please give me some tips for that
Andrea C.M you apply via the application for accommodation online, I can’t remember but you need to call up and ask how to do it, I remember one of us had to send a link or something? And include their name. Sorry not much help I forgot and did apply a year ago! But you need to apply quick otherwise you probably won’t get your first choice x

How many students are supposed to share the bathroom in each flat? Is it shared between 12 studnts or 6
So there are 12 students in this house. There are 3 floors with 4 rooms on each and 2 bathrooms. So you just share your own bathroom on your side with 1 other person 😊
Is there any option mam that we can change our accommodation from townhouse to de havilland? Pls reply

Hello Ellie how are you thanks alot for the video ,im comin at january ..i submitted my accommodation application my preference was a studio room and today i was surprised that they sent me an offer for a standard room at college lane ..But i sent them an email telling them i want a studio i hope they accept ..anyway wats ur advice to me about accommodation ..
Ali Othman hiya yeah it’s hard to get what you want as a room (as this was my 3rd choice) I heard standard rooms are a lot smaller than mine but I’ve never been in one personally but whilst your there your probably experience powercuts like I did (twice in first semester) but yeah feel free to ask me anything else :)

Ellie Pearce thanks again .Today i called the university and they told me that there’s no studio available right now ,but they sent me an updated accommodation offer for an enhanced room .I am sending you this message to thank you again ,because without your help i couldnt notice that a standard room is the smallest ,when they told me that there’s no studio available i told them that i heard that a standard is the smallest room and i need a bigger one so they offered me the enhanced .Anyway thanks alot and goodluck with your studies

Leah Ford hey it’s random! A girl and boy share a bathroom in my house but it’s really not a big deal, I think they try and put same genders together x

Who is responsible for collecting garbage or cleaning bathrooms
You take the bins out into a massive bin which gets collected and you clean your own bathrooms
