She ridiculously questions anything tfg wants (thru his attorneys); spends outrageous amounts of hours on hearings/arguments on already proven/settled law; allows non-parties to come in and argue on said settled law (😲); and, THEN she doesn't rule (enter an Order) -- she just sits on everything!! (bc, as she probably is thinking, why rule?? There's no trial date set, so I can drag this case out as long as I want to!)
This, IMO, is obstruction of justice!

No, SCOTUS should let the ruling that was passed alread on his "immunity claims" stand and not take the case. He cannot argue "absolute immunity" in the sense he should be above the law.
