    Third and Bonus categories can be used to show off the developed muscle. However the term "Cardio for musclebuilding" is contradicting. Cardio muscle building ki kaadhu, muscle SHOW OFF ki 😉 Inka untai ankondi heart health etc etc.🙂

      so basically if you are not training for a specific sport then strength training tharavatha cardio cheskovachu... if you are training for a sport then you get better results from doing cardio before the workouts.
