Its Friday night and Nadia decides to throw together a quick Carbonara for Mark & Nanny Di! How do you like yours ? How do you make yours? How do you eat yours?!

My Nana's recipe....she was Sicilian
tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
4 ounces pancetta (Italian bacon), diced
8 ounces spaghetti
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon Italian parsley, chopped
1/2 cup Pecorino-Romano cheese, finely grated
Black pepper, freshly ground

How about a video where you interview Nanny Di, Teddy & Betty about their lives or thoughts on different things? I think that would be a fascinating watch and great for you to keep. I wish I’d done it with my parents but it’s too late. Love your videos.

Olivia Mae I believe Mark is an only child. Nanny Di to her own admission wasn’t around much when Mark was younger and his grandparents helped bring him up. Well that’s my understanding.
