With the advent of 10base-T1L communications, the AD74115 and AD74115H allow seamless communication with legacy sensors and actuators in Remote Terminal Unit type applications.
On-chip diagnostics, fault detection and alerts allow users to gain additional insights into the configured channel and connected sensor/actuator, which helps with analyzing failures. This enables a shortened protentional breakdown time and makes it easier to detect and analyze the problem. Single channel SWIO is suitable for channel isolated systems.
