Last year grew zinnias for the first time loved them have such hard time getting flower to grow here and have soke color to my yard and these did great love them

Glad you two got to spend some fun time together! I grew my first zinnias this summer. Loved them! My passion is growing food for my family and to share with coworkers. Flowers are a bonus to that program. Plant sale happening again this spring? We will certainly plan to be there if so.
It’s definitely happening! Jill and I are both participating but Im uncertain how I’ll make it work. Baby boy is due the same weekend 🤣

Only this week did I hear and start thinking about putting basil in bouquets. I usually add mint to mine because the smell keeps cats away from my flowers on the table.
I’m planning to expand my bouquet fillers this Spring but basil has been the perfect option for me as a beginner!
Love this. I’m In central Arkansas as well. I mentioned on Jill’s video I’ve just gotten into gardening. I inherited my dads small garden and his earthboxes he had. They actually out did my raised bed garden. You should see if the company would send you some to show on your channel. I had dwarf/container tomatoes, peppers, zuchinnis etc. They all did fantastic and these are wonderful for older gardners, limited space etc. I have them on stands so they are at waist level and very low maintance. I had 12 last year and hubby bought me 6 more.

I started with veggies as well. This year was my first time growing flowers from seed and zinnias were definitely on the list - along with Sunflowers, Morning Glories and Marigolds.. & I have fallen in love! Getting lots of flower seeds to try next season, I'm so excited! 🌻🌻🌻
