Auditors need to tell the supervisors something to the effect of "so there is no equal protection under the law" "this department has no honor nor integrity when it comes to citizens" "as a supervisor your job is to die in the paint of an unlawful compatriot and deny due process even when video evidence of wrongdoing is blatant"... these are key words that will get the supervisors attention and in all likelihood force them to do the right thing
