I'm also living alone in Bangalore and cooking by myself is a very huge task for me as I think it takes a lot of time and resources to cook. I know it's important to eat healthy but I'm still in the phase of not cooking because of time issues.

Secondly I would suggest you to slow down a bit, you are doing the role of both the husband and wife alone and I probably guess that you might be less interested in marriage since you could do both parts by self, sadly this kind of lifestyle is glorified today, but would cost you heavily in long run.
