Dia 26mm selection plate distance 40mm is it correct but drawing given various place

I think there is a mistake, when he drawing plate 1 he gave 40 mm from bottom surface but when we look to the drawing it says 40 mm from center of circle which one is the 2 radius.

Guys, Sadly u need buy SW... If u know how u can crack it but its not solution bcs u dont have support, u cant make certificate and more... So pay for it and draw :)
