I was born in NYC and raised just 45 minutes from the city so, I feel the pull. 😊
I have 3 e-bikes so not really considering any others right now(except maybe the Ramblas) but I just enjoy watching your videos! My dad and I love riding around Chicago too. He got a ride1up lmtd and loves it which is a relief because I was beginning to think he’d never find the right bike.

Agreed. It is pretty bulky but this is also a budget bike.
So how much is the real range with this big battery without pedal assist (full electric lazy mode at 25mph) ? And what's the battery weight ?

This could be one of them for sure. The rack on the back, the step thru model and the big battery. This would totally work.

@@user-cq9fx9uo3m Hmmmmm.... I would say the Engine Pro was my favorite folding e-bike in 2023. I does beat out this one in my opinion but it's also more expensive so it should be able to beat it.

Hi Scott another great review . you must got a little break in the weather up there . Have you ever hooked up 1 mic to you and another one to your friend and conduct an interview with the DJI Mic 2 ? Thank you Doug. That weather break was short lived. We had flurries today while I was filming a video. Tomorrow is the highest all week at 59 so that will be another filming day. I have not recorded 2 people with the Mic 2 set yet. I did with the Mic 1 and had not issues. You only need the 1 receiver it comes with. I will check out the video.
This bike should get a proper distance test, using PS 2 or 3 with pedaling. Curious to see how close to 100 miles it can go. Tester will need assistance of another person to go get him when the juice is gone.
I volunteer you for that. That bike will run forever on those lower speeds. Me riding that 2 miles without power was no fun so you are right about needing someone to pick you up.
So what size motor? Is it a 750 watt or a 500 watt. My 750 watt does 31 mph this one 25 mph. Why if the battery is a 48v 31.5ah can you only go 40 miles. My 48v 17.5 will go 38 miles. This battery should go at least 60 miles at 15 mph
I say that it is a 500w with 750w Peak power. So its a 500w. I never get the mileage they claim on these bikes due to how I test them.
So not good for florida bridges?

I'm pretty sure I cover that in the review. A lot of these companies like to claim the PEAK Power as the nominal.
