When we heard ADOBO dish, yes! it is the Filipino's very popular and favorite
consist of pork or chicken cooked in vinegar, soy sauce, bay leaves and
lots of garlic and ground black pepper or whole peppercorns, it is stewed
and allowed to cook until meats are tender and the sauce itself slightly
thickened.
