Being an Indian i grewup listening karma as work or action, karma is a hindi word which means "work" simply, when i grew up and heared western world only denotes karma as something like "you do wrong to me and wrong will happen to you" and i was surprised, whole your life is karma, you chose to be in a relationship with a perosn fully knowing few things in him will be a problem in future yet you carry on and you get paid, you decide to study law and as result you become law gradute, your work decides where you will be in future in other words whole you life in is your hands, take good decisions and good will happen this is all what karma means
Small correction , Karma is not Hindi word its Sanskrit Word , Kamma in Pali , Kaam in Hindi ,every other indian langauge thinks its their word but its actually Sanskrit word

34:00 if you’re not doing some kind of spiritual reprieve, meditation, or practicing the type of meditation that lets you construct how you want to feel in that moment and stuff like that then you’ll become so hungry. You’ll eat anything you let anybody knock you off your block. You’ll let anybody make you mad off anything you let anything make you mad. the thing is all 10 are ok except the 3rd one. the worldly life is temporary. one should try to be nice and cool as much as possible. many have misunderstood patience politeness as a sign of weaknesses and they keep saying be yourself which is like saying be arrogant. in this world no one is better or superior than anyone except the kind hearted. we won't go anywhere or achieve anything by being ourselves(arrogant). those who are kind hearted, having patience & having the ability to let go are the better ones.

If a person's inner man or the spirit man is not clean and pure, any amount of yoga or meditation will not help him.. Cleaning your mind from pride, jealousy, greed, lust etc will always bring joy and happiness inside you which will reflect on your body too. If for everything humans have to work, what is the job of God? He makes it sound like all the burden is on us.. There is a God and With His guidance and prayer and commitment to follow His words, we can enjoy pure peace, which no meditation or physical bending or twitching will give. Seek Him and find Him.

I loved this interview and what I love most is even when I disagree, or better put, acknowledge a different/additional truth personally, his words still align with me. For instance, I believe there is a link to when you are born and the “pile of karma” we stand on. I’ll only speak for myself and my experience. Seeing the astrological “karma”, good and bad attributes of a specific sign on a specific day, was more specific than I wanted in that moment. I found myself shrugging off some attributes but decided to really take a quiet moment to ask myself if that was true and it was a resounding yes.
This video provided me with the words to understand what I am intuitively trying to do. Embrace my karma as something to stand on top of and allow my ego to exist in that place. Alive and experiencing life in order to enhance prospective and improve my overall experience.
