The Hoffman Process is incredibly dangerous to anyone. I had always been a healthy high functioning person. I went to the Hoffman Process as self exploration, spiritual exploration. The Process had broken down defenses to 'the light' inside me. It seems the Process also broken down the defenses to 'the dark' inside of me. Those defenses were a blessing, gifts that had allowed me to function in this world and thrive. I wonder if my resilience and strength will return. 'The Process' is dangerous and BS!
