  • This is a full review of the new 2023 Gen 3i Gamo Swarm Magnum Pro in .22 caliber. This gas spring piston driven pellet rifle is packed with Gamo's latest refinements and upgrades, making it the smoothest affordable gas piston spring rifle I have shot yet. The new Gamo Swarm Magnum Pro delivers accurate shots with little recoil, compared to other break barrel air rifles.
This full Gamo Swarm Magnum Pro review will give you an up close look at the beauty of this break barrel, as well as test the performance and accuracy.
The GAMO Swarm Gen 3i Magnum Pro air rifle with scope, as shown in this video, is available at Pyramyd Air by clicking here: www.jdoqocy.com/click-1000059...

@@AirgunChannel Welcome. I also wash & check them for flaws. I'd really like to try a bunch of hollow 22 slugs. I discovered most hollo pellets don't expand at these lower speeds, the pellets collapse on themselves instead of opening.

Great review! Apparently, Spain-based Gamo now owns "Birmingham Small Arms" (BSA). The synthetic stock on this latest Gamo rifle was initially developed by BSA for the BSA XL "Tactical" air rifle many years ago. I have the .177 version of the "Tactical", which was still made in Britain. Good products, and valuable BSA know-how for Gamo, which shows in the excellent accuracy of your air rifle.

I own one and I love it. I wanted a break from my pcp's and this one is the perfect gun to do so, it's making me love break barrels once again. It shoots accurate and with plenty of authority. One thing though: you say it's quiet, but compared to my FX's and Reign, it's loud. Thanks for showing what this beast can do. Much appreciated and keep those videos coming, you're doing some awesome work! Greetings from Belgium.

Had a solid 15 years, including use by neighbors. Obtained a Gamo Wildcat .177 from th' WalMart and added a Varmint scope/light/laser.
Way better luck on squirells than I ever had with a .22lr.
Now I have the Fusion swarm g3i in .22
Now the " whispercat " is the same price I paid in 2007 AND that wildcat was still feeding folks in spring of '22.
    Left it near Augusta.
Thinking about a whispercat .177 too. Just because. The rotary magazines may be more consistent than me seating pellets into the chamber tho😅
For squirell, rabbit, birds, and small varmints, weber sized feral piglets even, and iguana in so FL?
I should grow up and get a pcp already.

A break barrel with a magazine is a great advancement, but the many manufacturers locating the safety inside the trigger guard is irresponsible. It's the last place it should be located.
I just bought an Avenger in .22. Famously great gun, it doesn't shoot quite as accurately as this Gamo. 3 shots, holes touching, 20 y, but not quite as small a group. But my gun rest isn't as rock solid as yours. The Avenger requires a $500 compressor, and a scope; the Gamo requires a heavy 40 lb pull. I like the Avenger, but not everyone has $1,000 for a gun and accouterments, so the Gamo is a fine gun for a lot less $.

Needed sight adjustment now and then. But never noticed side to side or up-down woble at the hinge. Many thousand pellets went trough it. It was a Walther target rifle. Well made. I doubt a modern Gamo can be used so much as to make it Un-Accurate. The piston should go first. 👍

I have had one for several years. I tried to get another scope that focus but I cannot find out. I believe they call the scope an "AO" type scope.
Customer service at Game suggested two scopes but they would not fit the gun, they were too long.
I even bought a pikeneni rail mounts but they slip with the scope attached. You have to use the mount that comes with this gun as it has a pin that keeps the scope from slipping.

I get it all cited in with jsb 15.89 pellets to where it's shooting pretty consistent grab the gun the next day and it's shooting off to one side sometimes one side and then the sometimes the other. Thought maybe my scope was loose checked all the screws on it checked all the screws on the stock they were all tight. that's when I Noticed the play in the barrel. I think I've had this issue since day one at first I thought it was the scope that came with the gun put a different scope on it ,shot pretty good at first now it's doing it again I wouldn't think the barrel should have any play from side to side I was just curious on if anyone else noticed any side to side play on their Magnum Pro

Federal Firearm License required to buy a part from Gamo. You don't have a Federal Firearms License? Then you are out a rifle for ???? long. You have to send in the whole rifle, then Gamo sends you a different rifle back. In the mean time, you have nothing to shoot, because it'll be weeks before you get something back from Gamo. Gamo doesn't want you to fix their rifles, they want you to buy a new one.
