  • Pav Bhaji Masala Recipe
    Ingredients:
    ● Butter 1 Cup
    ● Oil 6 TSP
    ● Onions 2 medium size (chopped)
    ● Capsicum 1 medium size (chopped)
    ● Potatoes 1 Big size (chopped)
    ● Tomato 3 medium size (chopped)
    ● Beetroot ½ medium size (chopped)
    ● Carrot 3 medium size (chopped)
    ● Green peas ½ Cup
    ● Pav Bhaji Powder 5 TSP
    ● Red chilli Powder 1 TSP
    ● Kasuri methi 1½ TSP
    ● Coriander leaves 5 TSP
    ● Cumin seeds 1 TSP
    ● Green chillies 2
    ● Kasuri methi 2 TSP
    ● Dry Ginger /Garlic paste 2 TSP
    ● Aamchur powder 1 TSP
    ● Salt 3 TSP
    ● Lemon 1 TSP
    ● Water as required
    Method:
    Boil and Smash Veggies,
    ● For Cocker add Oil(2-TSP), Butter(½-Cup), Cumin seed(1-TSP), Pav Bhaji Powder(1½-TSP) Mix well.
    ● Add Tomato, Green Peas, Beetroot, Carrot, Potatoes Mix well then add Salt(2-TSP) and Water to the level of Veggies(Make sure all veggies are drowned in water)
    ● Now close the Cocker lid and cook till 2 whistle, Open the lid and Smash all veggies
    Bhaji Masala,
    ● For pan add Oil(3-TSP), Butter(½-Cup), Capsicum, Onion, Salt(1-TSP), Pav Bhaji Powder(1½-TSP), Red chilli Powder, Kasuri methi (1-TSP), Green Chilies, Coriander leaves, Dry Ginger/Garlic Paste, Aamchur Powder and Lemon Juice one by one & Fry well
    ● Once the Ingredients is fried well Add water and mix well then add smashed veggies cook well. Finally Add butter, Now bhaji is ready.
    soft buttery pav,
    ● For pan add Oil Butter, Kasuri methi, Bhaji Masala and lightly fry it with Pav.
    Now Pav Bhaji is ready to serve.
