That's a nice house, but it's extremely overpriced.
The house has a 1980s decor feel throughout! But the views are unmatched!
Building there is extremely expensive, because of the earthquakes, and the land it self

Yep, worth every penny for the location alone. Love the house too! Exterior has a Frank Lloyd Wright feel to it. And the use of wood in the interior is great- like the ceilings and window casings. Well done!

This house is so warm and cozy for its grandiose size. The plants add so much. Not typical in this size house. The Green is gorgeous.

I have a love hate relationship with this house, for that price point I feel like they could had done better, your practicality paying for the view, for that price point it should had been a tad more private.
Definitely all about location. House is showing age and needs some seriously expensive upgrading. All should be deducted from selling price.

That drive south down pch where the coastline opens up and you can see those houses perched on top of the cliffs is one of my fav stretches of roads, love it.
$60m I’m not so sure... no garden or and limited privacy...the baby bowling alley would be ripped out immediately.

I wanted to see if you had any tips on a hard working man that took in a family of 3 my wife and now our 2 kids have not legally adopted the kids but been raising them since 11 months old. Have been married for 15 years and haven’t been finically capable of buying a house, credit is bad and just recently got promoted at work as a supervisor! I know it doesn’t make any sense in your real estate lane your in, but I know you progressively became successful cause you learned form your initial start and learned to master your job!! I love warm color tone houses. It’s feels like home and relaxing. It is overpriced, especially to have neighbors next to you.
I really can't stand all the gray in all the houses now, every single renovation is done with all gray everything - including kitchens and bathrooms. To me it is depressing and looks like prison. Seems the wealthy know this, and the beautiful (to me anyway) sand colors are what they still go for.
