I've watched Ryan Serhant from the beginning and I am so impressed with what he has done with his life. He's now a family man and has added so much stability since he's gotten married. All the distractions of a single guy are now gone. I wish him nothing but success
He came off as a somewhat phony and pretentious dude to me purly based on how he talks .His smug face, i couldnt really get used to .Respect to his tenacity to make deals tho.And how he has grown and progressed as a person.
Ryan and Fredrik were the backbone of the show - when Steve joined he added energy and vibe also... All 3 have achieved amazing careers and deserve plaudits for that.

Ryan Serhant, the star of Million Dollar Listing, explains how he got into real estate. He moved to New York City in 2006 to pursue a career in acting, but when that didn't work out, he got his real estate license in 2008. His first day on the job was the day Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy, but he found success in the industry and eventually landed a role on the New York version of Million Dollar Listing in 2010. The show propelled his career and made him a household name in the real estate world. However, he left the show after 10 years because he felt that the world had changed and the focus of the show had shifted away from the real estate market.

I always wanted to do real estate, it was a dream of mine, but because of certain life events I was unable to be accepted to the academy and be approved for a license. However, that changed this year and starting January 2023- I will be enrolling in the online courses to get my license because I was approved to apply for it! You have been my inspiration since day 1! I am here to say that in 1 year… in the near future I will comeback to this comment and update you on my Real Estate journey!

It’s not that bad really. Just read the book and do the lessons. I’m in California and passed the exam my first try. I’ve also known of someone who failed it 9 or 13 times. I’m not sure which. 😂
Anything new has anxieties. Just study and invest in your own future.
Ryan, I was 19 when I first saw the show back i2012. I remember it so well. Time really flies. That little clip you showed was my first introduction to you. On MDLNY. You’ve had a huge fan from Barbados since that year. And I tracked your progress every since up to this day. It’s amazing how you grew. The ideas you had to sell apartments that were challenging. Dealing Adriana’s 300 pair show closet. When you were feeling a bit dull about the industry. Buying the real estate firm in Brooklyn and now your own Real Estate firm. Keep it up bro. Since 2012, I always hoped some day I’d run into you in Manhattan when I traveled to NY every year.
Ryan I really look up to you here even though I’m a little older than you are now. I was burning the candle from both ends when I had a massive stroke before I was old enough to have even had a stroke. Which ultimately ended my working career But I still gain huge spirt lifting energy from you I’m sad to hear you won’t be on million dollar listings New York any longer but I hope I’ll be able to watch you where ever you go in the future CONGRATULATIONS ON A LIFE WELL SET UP
The bigger you get the more you need to give out. Keep humble and always give back.
