Is there any luck at Brighton jetty? Me and my family are heading down to Adelaide very soon, so hopefully there’s squid at brighton jetty.
I think it’s been doing ok lately but this time of year starts to slow a little but the bigger ones start cruising in!
Not a bad little session, that 30cm Hood squid was a beauty! No luck down at Port Noarlunga after it seems, I couldn't catch a thing! Good meeting you though, all the best 👍

It’s one of our best spots for big squid, would be a big shame to see it go! Dont think there is any new information but last report on it was not so good for rec fishos.

Im looking to get into fishing and squidding specifically, what are the minimum requirements for a rod to use for squidding ?
