you can also press the star/option button 4 times quickly to toggle it on and off, so you don't have to go into the menu.

She's STILL talking!!! This is only on TBS on my ROKU in 2023. Maybe ROKU has locked this setting down on newer models, unless it is a setting for TBS. Karen is interrupting my concentration as I watch The Polar Express!😭😭😭

I did the same thing but now it's on an app that I use and it's narrating the show and everything and ruining it by saying every little thing. And it's on the bet plus app and I don't know what happened for it to just have it on this app. It's super annoying

Omg this thing on Roku was so annoying to me, I also finally figured out how to turn of that annoying narrator voice on all. Its when you on a movie or series hit that star button it will bring over a screen and go down to accessibility and click down to audio lang and make sure it set to English dolby 2.0 without decription it took me days to get that to shut off. Roku is great but wow they have no real customer service to assist you with there annoying features.
