He should be held accountable because of the rule of law, but he didn't intentionally cheat, and he definitely didn't have an unfair advantage. It doesn't seem possible, scientifically. I'm not knowledgeable about boxing, but I have read academic studies on Ostarine. It lowers testosterone and decreases energy, and the muscle gain is superficial. You have to be on it for 6-8 week cycles for it to be beneficial because you need time to strengthen the muscle gain and counter the potential fatigue. It's used for Cancer and HIV patients because any type of muscle gain is a benefit under these circumstances. Really, head to a college library and read for yourself.
