I have the very similar noise in my 2016 xc90. Can’t be sure if the source for the noise is the same. Does anyone else have it?

I have it on my XC60. Still haven't fixed it but I will remove my door panel in a few days and check.

Did you use the same clips? Or did you use new ones? Because I have heard that those clips are one time use, so I'm worried to quit the panel and then not be able to put it back 😂

Yes, I used same clips, they are reusable. You just need to push in center pin, but not too far, otherwise it falls out and you won't find it. For reusing just remove center pin, push the clip into the panel and using small hammer put the center pin back into clip

@@modass60 If it's a 2005 or later model, you can actually just push the pins all the way in, just remove the whole clip including the black tube that goes into the doorframe. The black tube is completely closed so the pin won't drop into the door :) To reinstall, remove the clip from the little tube and catch the pin. It's easier to install the tube first, then the clip, then the pin.
