Sarah is responsible for leading Corporate Communications, Corporate Philanthropy, Corporate Social Responsibility, Business Transformation, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources for Dental Delta of California, which provides dental coverage for 36 million enrollees. Prior to Delta Dental, she was Chief People Officer at NantHealth. Sarah also served in a similar role at Optum360, a joint venture between Optum and Dignity Health, and was Vice President of Human Resources at Dignity Health. In addition, Sarah has held leadership positions at Oracle, Medibuy and Levi Strauss.
