I recently upgraded my PC and got a 4090 which allows for 200+ fps while recording with handcam and getting gameplay has been so much more enjoyable recently. Play a lot and aggressively push every gun shot you hear
If your aim is on, my recommendation is to just push hard and have the necessary tools to push. Stims, throwing knives and good aim will win you lots of battles, but confidence and good game sense wins you the match.
